Meet Katie
Katie’s been in fitness for years — starting with group classes, cycling, and mommy-and-me sessions before finding her real passion in strength training. She’s coached intro-to-strength and powerlifting programs and even competed in powerlifting herself before stepping back to focus on helping others find their own strength.
With a background in hormones, recovery, and metabolic testing, she bridges the gap between performance and wellness — helping people train smarter, recover better, and feel like themselves again.
These days she’s mostly behind the scenes, programming online and running group sessions here and there for HIIT, mobility, breathwork, and barbell form.
